We are currently working on a pre-order model. Your order will be made once your order is placed and shipped in 4 weeks.

SHIPPING

Pastoral kidswear is shipped from the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia.

AUSTRALIA

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 to addresses within Australia.

Standard Shipping with AU Post is $8.95, signature required.

NSW: 2 - 4 business days

INTERSTATE: 3 - 6 business days

Express Shipping with AU Post is $11.95, signature required.

NSW: 1 - 2 business days

INTERSTATE: 1 - 3 business days

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently not shipping internationally. Please email us at pastoraldesign.com@gmail.com with international order enquiries.

 

RETURNS

We offer change of mind returns and exchanges on eligible full-priced products subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of recieving your order.
  • All items are to be returned in their original condition. Your item/s must have no visible signs of damage or wear; pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odour
  • Garments were full price when purchased (i.e. not marked down or marked ‘final sale’).
  • Garments are full priced at the time of return.
  • Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, e.g. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee). $10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping label. 

EXCHANGES

  • If you are exchanging an eligible item for another size, we will email you a Free Returns Label.
  • All exchanges are final and can only be made once.
