About Us
Pastoral is a made-to-order kidswear brand based on the Mid North Coast, New South Wales, Australia. Contact: clientservice@pastoraldesign.com
Products & Made-to-Order
All garments are made to order in Australia. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your item to be made before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Colours and materials may vary slightly from photographs due to the handmade nature of each piece.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is processed securely at checkout via [card payments / PayPal — WooPayments + PayPal Payments]. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and Japan. Shipping costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Since garments are made to order, dispatch occurs after the production period noted above — shipping time is additional to production time.

Cancellations
Because every piece is made to order, once a purchase agreement has been enacted, Pastoral will not accept any cancellations of the purchase for any reason. Contact clientservice@pastoraldesign.com with any questions.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Pastoral and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pastoral is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or purchase of products, beyond the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
