Every Pastoral piece is made to order on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Your pieces will ship 4 weeks after your order is placed.

How We Ship
Pastoral ships via Australia Post with signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our studio.

International Shipping
We ship to Japan via DHL Express, delivered duty paid. The price shown at checkout includes Japanese import duty and consumption tax, so there is nothing more to pay when your piece arrives — no surprise bills at the door. Shipping takes 3–5 business days once your piece has left our studio.

Returns & Exchanges
We make each piece with care and stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn't right, we want to know. The terms below apply to orders shipped within Australia. Orders shipped internationally, including to Japan, are final sale except where a piece arrives faulty or incorrect — see Faulty Items below.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
To begin a return
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within two business days with instructions. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty — see Faulty Items below.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size where stock is available. If your size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items
If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. For orders within Australia, we may ask for the item to be returned and we'll cover that shipping cost. For international orders, there's no need to send the item back — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund from the photos provided, at no cost to you.
