Price of Merchandise
The price is indicated for each individual piece of merchandise and is inclusive of applicable tax.

Shipping Fees
Standard International (Japan): AUD $39.40 — 4–7 days
Express International (Japan): AUD $56.40 — 3–5 days

Shipping of Merchandise
Every Pastoral piece is made to order on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia. Orders ship approximately 4 weeks after the order is placed, via Australia Post. Standard shipping to Japan takes a further 4–7 days; Express shipping takes 3–5 days.

Return or Exchange of Merchandise
We do not accept any return or exchange of Merchandise. However, if at the time of delivery the Merchandise is damaged or defective, or the purchaser receives the wrong product, Pastoral will accept a return or exchange of the Merchandise in accordance with this provision. The purchaser shall contact Pastoral within 7 days of receipt of Merchandise by sending an e-mail with their order confirmation number to clientservice@pastoraldesign.com. Following receipt of such e-mail, Pastoral will begin return or exchange procedures. Where an exchange is possible, Pastoral will be responsible for the return shipping and re-shipping costs of the appropriate merchandise. Where exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued. If the purchaser does not contact Pastoral within 7 days of receipt of Merchandise, a return or exchange will not be accepted, regardless of whether the package is sealed and unopened. Cancellation Policy
Once a purchase agreement has been enacted, Pastoral will not accept any cancellations of the purchase for any reason.
